MESSAGE FROM THE PASTOR

Our bible tells us many good things when we have a relationship with God the Father. The one that stands out for me is; I will build My Church & the gates of hell will not prevail against it. For those who are noticing what is happening in the church due to covid-19 you can be a little concerned. I'm here to tell you not to worry. Jesus is taking care of it all. But then again He needs you to make sure the church not only continues but grows. He needs all of us to be part of the solution. Christ followers don't just follow, they lead. And they lead others to Christ.

We have started a new school year and also our church year. Let us all recommit ourselves to being a follower that goes and finds others who are looking for answers just like we were. We have the answers and they are all wrapped up in Jesus.

Hope to see each one of you in the near future.

Have great week and keep getting closer to the Lord.

Peace

Pastor Robin

Sunday Sept. 26th

SUNDAY ON LINE MESSAGE:
2 Peter 3:1-2 Don't you just hate it when someone starts with: 'First'. Peter uses that word after he had written two chapters. Interestingly, his first is a real first. But I'm wondering from this, what would my first be. This week think about what you would say to others if you were writing about the Christian life. Then lets talk about Peter's. Interestingly, he chooses something we don't need to worry about

ON SITE: WORDS TO LIVE BY
Last week we heard Paul talk about Christ Followers who possessed two important things, trust and love. He now goes on in Colossians 1:5 and following to talk about how important they are. This is his basis for knowing the message and the messenger. He wants everyone to know the Good News and to know it in each word he uses to describe it. The following verses are a reminder of what we not only believe but what we stand on. The answers continue.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK.

SHALOM.

We Have Work To Do
________________________________________________

We have been back in the church for an good number of months and are seeking to get back into our ministry with the children. As soon as we can, we would like to start our Sunday School Ministry with the children. We are in need of teachers. We need individuals to pray about it and call the church and find out where you can be part of changing children's lives. Call 905-875-1626 & leave a message.

We really need everyone's help!

WATCH OUR LIVE STREAMING EACH SUNDAY: There are four videos to view each week. There is a short for the children: one directed toward the youth and two for the adults. One is a relaxed format which is 'On Line'. The last one is our streaming ministry where at 11ameveryone can be part of our 'On Site' experience. We are still working out some of the issues so please be patient with us. You can access all of them on YouTube. Go to YouTube.com then type in: Milton Baptist. Look for the circle with the picture of our front wall of the church. Click on the picture and then go to the video you are interested in. .

BENEVOLENT OFFERING

People's needs never stop. We have a family that could use a hand right now. Our benevolent offering at this time is at $30. We are asking if any or all of you would be generous enough to help with this family's day to day needs. You can do it by adding some funds to your regular giving in the next few weeks or send the pastor an email to see how you might help at pastormiltonbaptist@gmail.com
